AI Visibility Management Is a Team Effort
AI visibility analysis isn't a one-person concern. The marketing team needs to shape content strategy, the SEO specialist should track site optimization, and management should access high-level reports. With the Team Management feature, you can accomplish all of this from a single account.
4 Different Roles
Owner (Account Owner)
- Full authority: All operations, billing, subscription management
- Add/remove team members
- Assign and change roles
- Each account has 1 Owner (cannot be changed)
Admin (Administrator)
- Run analyses and view results
- Start site optimization scans
- Create and edit profiles
- Invite team members (Admin and below)
- Access billing information
Editor
- Run analyses and view results
- Start site optimization scans
- Use content optimizer
- Edit profiles (no delete permission)
Viewer
- View analysis results
- Download reports (PDF/CSV)
- View dashboard
- No permission to make changes
Invitation System
Adding team members is easy:
- Go to Dashboard > Team section
- Click the "Invite Member" button
- Enter email address and select a role
- Invitation link is sent automatically
- The invited person clicks the link and creates a password
Note: Invitation links are valid for 7 days. You can resend expired invitations.
Security First
- Every operation is verified with JWT tokens
- Roles are checked server-side (not just frontend)
- Invitation tokens are single-use
- Account owner cannot be changed (locked for security)
