- Company Information: Company name, industry, category, keywords — used for AI visibility analysis
- Analysis Data: AURA visibility analysis results, LLM responses, scores — data related to your business's visibility on AI platforms
- Site Scan Data: URL information, site optimization reports — technical data about your website's AI compatibility
- Technical Data: IP address, browser information, session logs — collected for platform security and performance
3. Data Usage Purpose
- Service Delivery: Providing AI visibility analysis, site optimization, and reporting services
- Analysis: Calculating business visibility score across 9 LLM platforms
- Subscription Management: Managing subscription and payment transactions (payments are processed by iyzico)
- Communication: Support requests, notifications, and email alerts
4. Retention Period
Your account information is retained while your account is active. It is deleted within 30 days of an account closure request.
Analysis data is retained during your subscription and for 90 days after account closure.
Data whose retention period has expired is permanently deleted using secure methods.
5. Third Party Sharing
OpenRouter (LLM API)
Large language model API provider used for AI visibility analyses. Only company name and keywords are transmitted for analysis purposes. No personal data is shared.
iyzico (Payment Infrastructure)
PCI DSS compliant payment infrastructure for secure transactions. Credit card information is processed directly by iyzico and not stored on our servers.
AWS (Hosting)
Application and database hosting service. All data is stored encrypted on AWS infrastructure.
