AURAGEOLOGIC is a SaaS platform that measures and optimizes business visibility on AI platforms. Our services include:

• AURA Visibility Analysis: Analyzes your business visibility across 9 different large language models (LLM) and generates an AURA Score.
• Site LLM Optimization: Optimizes your website for AI platforms (llms.txt, JSON-LD, robots.txt analysis).
• Ground Truth (AI Fact Verification): Tests whether LLMs provide accurate information about your business.
• Executive and Product Analysis: Measures how your C-level executives and products are perceived on AI platforms.
• Competitor Comparison: Performs AI visibility comparison with competitors in your industry.
• Automatic Monitoring: Tracks your visibility changes with scheduled analyses and sends email notifications.

To use AURAGEOLOGIC services:

• You must register with a valid email address.
• Email verification must be completed.
• Information provided during registration must be accurate and up-to-date.
• Account security is the user's responsibility. Do not share your password with third parties.

• All payments are processed through iyzico secure payment infrastructure.
• Prices are set in US Dollars (USD).
• Subscriptions are renewed automatically. If not cancelled before the renewal date, charges will apply for the next period.
• Invoice information is sent to your email address after payment.

• Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not available after subscription activation.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of the current billing period.
• In cases where service unavailability due to a technical issue can be demonstrated, you may contact info@aurageologic.com for review.

The following elements are the intellectual property of AURAGEOLOGIC:

• AURA Score: Visibility scoring algorithm and methodology
• Reports: Analysis report formats and presentations
• Algorithms: Data processing, analysis and scoring algorithms
• Interface: Platform design, logos and visual elements

Users may use their own analysis results for commercial purposes but cannot claim rights over algorithms and methodology.

The following uses are strictly prohibited:

• Using the platform for malicious purposes (spam, fraud, etc.)
• Attempting reverse engineering, source code analysis, or copying
• Attempting to access the platform with automated bots or scrapers
• Attempting unauthorized access to other users' data
• Sharing analysis results in a misleading manner with third parties

• AI analysis results may vary depending on the response quality of LLM platforms.
• Visibility scores and recommendations should not be used as the sole reference point for business decisions.
• Our liability for indirect damages arising from platform outages or technical issues is limited.

AURAGEOLOGIC reserves the right to modify these terms of service with prior notification.

• Changes are communicated to users via registered email addresses.
• Continuing to use the platform after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
• If you do not accept the new terms, you may cancel your subscription.
