Learn the most asked questions about AI visibility and how to solve them on the AURA platform.

Go to AURA Analysis and check your brand's Visibility Score. You'll see your score breakdown across 9 different LLMs — it'll be immediately clear which platforms you're near zero on. Then add your competitor in the Competitor Comparison tab: see which LLMs they're stronger on and where the keyword gaps are. Finally, follow the actions in the Recommended Improvements section — blog posts, press releases, structured data additions. Track your progress with weekly trend monitoring.

Use the Competitor Comparison feature in AURA Analysis. Add your competitor and see the score gap on each LLM. The GAP Analysis tab shows which keywords you're behind on. Source Analysis reveals what content the competitor is feeding from (blogs, review sites, press). Identify the content types you're missing and create an action plan.

Use Product Analysis to measure your card's perception across 9 LLMs. You'll see which categories each LLM knows your card in, whether they understand its features correctly, and how it compares to competitors. In Category Ranking, check your position for queries like "travel card" and "miles card." Apply the Improvement Recommendations — press releases and comparison tables highlighting unique features are the most effective methods.

Enter the Ground Truth module and start an Information Accuracy Scan for your drug. You'll see the accuracy of every data point across 9 LLMs on one screen: active ingredient, dosage, indications, side effects. Review red-flagged errors in Critical Errors. The Confusion Analysis shows which product it's confused with and why. Follow the Correction Guide: enriched product pages, MedicalEntity schema, and regulator-approved press releases.

In Ground Truth, scan your portfolio from the Product Scan screen. It automatically checks each product's price across every LLM — errors are highlighted in red. In the Error Report, you'll see correction source suggestions for each wrong price: which page needs updating, which schema is missing. Make the fixes, then use Correction Tracking to monitor weekly which LLMs update the information.

Start an Allergen Info Scan in Ground Truth. It checks all your products' gluten, lactose, nut, and soy information across 9 LLMs. Legal Risk tagged errors appear at the top — fix these first. Add NutritionInformation schema to your product pages. Set up monthly automated scanning — you'll get email alerts when new errors appear.

Enter your URL in Site Optimization and start an AI Readability Scan. You'll see issues for each page: Schema Missing, Heading Structure Invalid, Bot Access Blocked. Start with the Priority Fixes list: add Product schema, fix H1-H2 hierarchy, allow AI bots in robots.txt. After fixes, run a Rescan to measure your progress.

In Site Optimization, submit your dealer pages for Bulk Scanning. It checks LocalBusiness schema, address format, phone, and business hours for each dealer. The Location Errors report shows issues by dealer: how many are missing schema, how many have wrong addresses. Make fixes and run a Bulk Rescan.

Enter the CEO's name in Executive Analysis and start a Person Visibility Analysis. You'll see the score breakdown across 9 LLMs and which topics they're known (or unknown) for. In LLM Breakdown, identify zero-score platforms. Improvement Recommendations: LinkedIn thought leadership, industry interviews, podcast appearances. Set up monthly automated scanning and email alerts to track progress.

Use Executive Analysis to scan each doctor in their specialty area. From Bulk Results, see the lowest-scoring doctors. Create personalized improvement plans: academic publications, patient education videos, health portal profiles. Set up monthly automated analysis — get email alerts when any doctor's score changes.

Measure your hotel's Location-Based Visibility score with AURA Analysis. You'll see your scores for queries like "family hotel" and "resort" across each LLM. Then scan your hotel website with Site Optimization — fix structured data gaps: Hotel schema, GeoCoordinates, amenities. Set up weekly trend tracking.

Scan your entire model range in Ground Truth. The Technical Data Scan checks fuel consumption, engine power, price accuracy across each LLM. From Critical Errors, prioritize errors that affect purchase decisions. Add Vehicle schema to tech spec pages and use Correction Tracking to monitor when each LLM updates the information.

In Site Optimization, submit all dealer pages for Bulk Scanning. Check LocalBusiness schema, address, phone, and location coordinates on each page. See issues by dealer in the Location Errors report and fix in priority order. Set up automatic checks when new dealers are added.

With Team Members, give each brand manager access to only their brand's profile. You monitor the big picture while everyone focuses on their own brand.

Open the Invite Member screen from Team Members. When inviting each manager via email, select which brands they can access in Profile Access. Assign roles: Viewer can only see scores, Editor can start analyses, Admin can manage profile settings. When each manager logs in, they only see their own brand's Dashboard.

In Scheduled Analysis, set up weekly automated AURA Analysis from Analysis Plans — select day and time, the system runs automatically. In Alert Rules, set thresholds: urgent alert if score drops, notification if a competitor overtakes you. Enable weekly PDF in Auto Report settings — trend graphs, LLM breakdown, competitor comparison all in one PDF.

Start an Information Freshness Scan in Ground Truth. You'll see the version, feature list, and pricing each LLM knows — outdated items are flagged red. Each item in the Outdated Information list has a correction source suggestion: changelog, updated spec page, press release. Set up Weekly Tracking Scan to monitor which LLMs update and which still use old data.
